The Hotel Regulations

Check-in 1.

  1. At the check-in, the Hotel Guest is obliged to present the Reception employee with a document with a photo which confirms their identity. Should the Guest refuse to do it such in such a way which allows checking them in, the Reception will be obliged not to give them the room key.

Hotel Day

  1. The hotel rooms are rented for the so called hotel days. The hotel day begins at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 am on the day of departure.
  2. If the Guest does not specify the length of their stay at the check-in, it is assumed the hotel is rented for one hotel day.
  3. If the Guest wants to extend their stay at the Hotel, they should contact the Reception by 10:00 am on their original departure day. However, the Hotel is not obliged to grant the wish, for extending the stay always depends on the current hotel occupancy.
  4. Staying in the room and leaving your personal belongings there after 11:00 am is equivalent to extending the stay. If the Guest leaves their room after 11:00 am, the Reception computer programme will charge a fee for half a hotel day according to the full rates therefor.
  5. The Hotel Guest may not hand the room over to third parties even if the period for which they paid the amount due has not expired yet.

Non-Resident Guests

  1. Non-resident Guests may stay in the hotel rooms from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm.
  2. If a non-resident Guest stays in a hotel room after 10:00 pm, the Guest renting the room in question agrees to have them accommodated in their room at extra cost. The price list for such a service can be obtained at the Hotel Reception.

Quiet hours

  1. At the Hotel, there are quiet hours to be complied with from 12:00 am to 6:00 am on the next morning.
  2. During the quiet hours, both the Hotel Guests and all the people taking advantage of the Hotel services are obliged to behave in such a way which does not disturb the stay of other visitors.
  3. Upon prior notification, the Hotel reserves the right to organise night events on the premises.

Safety

  1. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electric devices which do not belong to the room equipment in the hotel rooms and other areas of the Hotel. However, it does not apply to chargers and power suppliers of RTV and computer devices.
  2. Each time upon leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to check and make sure the door has been locked properly.

Items left behind at the Hotel

  1. Personal belongings left behind by a departing Guest in the hotel room shall be sent back at the Guest’s expense to the address indicated by them. If the Hotel does not receive such instructions, it will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or for public use.

Material and legal liability

  1. The Hotel’s liability for the loss of or damage to the items brought in to the Hotel by the Guest is governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Polish Civil Code. The Hotel’s liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the Reception. The Hotel may refuse to store money, securities and valuables, especially valuables and items having scientific or artistic value if they are dangerous, of too high a value in relation to the size or standard of the Hotel or if they occupy too much space.
  2. The Hotel Guest bears full material and legal liability for any damage to the hotel equipment and devices caused either by the Guest themselves or by people visiting them.
  3. If after having checked in, the Guest notices any damage or shortage in their hotel room, they are required to notify the Reception about this fact immediately so that the Hotel can react to the problem as soon as possible.

Smoking on the hotel premises

  1. Smoking tobacco and tobacco products both in the hotel rooms and all of the hotel premises is strictly forbidden. Violating this ban is tantamount to being charged the contractual penalty amounting to 300 PLN for every hotel day.

Stay of pets

  1. The Hotel accepts domesticated pets. Yet, if a Guest wants to arrive with a pet, it must be preceded by a notification when booking the room at the Hotel. The fee charged for the stay of a pet depends on its size: little (up to 10 kg) 50 PLN / hotel day, big (more than 10 kg) 70 PLN / hotel day.
  2. Dogs must be walked on a leash and in a muzzle either by their owners or any other person authorised to do so.
  3. Pet owners are obliged by common rules: it is forbidden to bring animals to the restaurants, recreational facilities and to the children’s playground.
  4. Pets must have their own beddings and feeding accessories.
  5. Owners are obliged to clean after their pets all throughout the Hotel premises. Special bags destined for the purpose can be obtained at the Reception free of charge.
  6. Any damage caused by pets shall be priced by the Hotel Management, and the pet owners shall cover all the costs.

Toddler’s Club

  1. Children under 5 years of age may stay on the premises of the Toddler’s Club only if accompanied by adults.
  2. The devices installed at the Toddler’s Club are destined for children with a maximum height of 140 cm and weight of up to 35 kg.
  3. The liability for the damage caused by children is borne by their guardians.
  4. It is the guardian’s duty to make sure that the child uses the devices at the Toddler’s Club according to their intended purpose and to the logic, i.e. it may not get on the slide, grasp or climb the colourful protective nets.
  5. The Hotel is not liable for the toys and things left behind by the Guests at the Toddler’s Club and in the playgrounds.
  6. At the Toddler’s Club, it is prohibited to smoke tobacco, consume alcohol and bring in animals.

Final provisions

  1. The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of any reservations regarding the service quality, the Guest is requested to report them immediately to the Reception so that the Hotel can react to the problem.
  2. The Hotel has the right to refuse further services to a person who violates the provisions of these Regulations. Such a person is then obliged to comply with the Hotel’s demands immediately, pay for the services used thus far as well as for any damage caused if need be and finally to leave the Hotel premises.
  3. The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who during their previous stay grossly infringed the Hotel Regulations, causing damage to the hotel property or to personal belongings owned by other Guests or personal injury to Guests, Hotel employees or other people staying on the premises of the Hotel or who disturbed the peace at the Hotel in any other way.
