Our Chef de Cuisine, Adam Reluga, does his utmost to pamper you with the richness of flavours as much as it is possible. And there’s no other option acceptable for than but the highest quality. Yet, talented as he is, that’s an extremely modest man whose love for cooking can be felt in every single dish he prepares. His specialty is zander with a carefully selected composition of spices. Our Guests at the Sailor’s Restaurant (Żeglarska Restaurant) love it beyond your imagination! Adam grew up in the close vicinity of the hotel, in a Masurian home which gave him the inspiration to carry on.
It’s is an a’la carte restaurant ruled by Masurian flavours. Not only is the regional cuisine an inspiration, but also the leitmotiv. Moreover, you can taste best quality wines, properly selected for juicy meat, or various snacks as well.
The Sailor’s Restaurant has also a spacious terrace with a large fireplace and lighted stained-glass windows which make your evenings here a gem of a moment, indeed.
