The Hotel Regulations
At the check-in, the Hotel Guest is obliged to present the Reception employee with a document with a photo which confirms their identity. Should the Guest refuse to do it such in such a way which allows checking them in, the Reception will be obliged not to give them the room key.
The hotel rooms are rented for the so called hotel days. The hotel day begins at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 am on the day of departure.
If the Guest does not specify the length of their stay at the check-in, it is assumed the hotel is rented for one hotel day.
If the Guest wants to extend their stay at the Hotel, they should contact the Reception by 10:00 am on their original departure day. However, the Hotel is not obliged to grant the wish, for extending the stay always depends on the current hotel occupancy.
Staying in the room and leaving your personal belongings there after 11:00 am is equivalent to extending the stay. If the Guest leaves their room after 11:00 am, the Reception computer programme will charge a fee for half a hotel day according to the full rates therefor.
The Hotel Guest may not hand the room over to third parties even if the period for which they paid the amount due has not expired yet.
Non-resident Guests may stay in the hotel rooms from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm.
If a non-resident Guest stays in a hotel room after 10:00 pm, the Guest renting the room in question agrees to have them accommodated in their room at extra cost. The price list for such a service can be obtained at the Hotel Reception.
At the Hotel, there are quiet hours to be complied with from 12:00 am to 6:00 am on the next morning.
During the quiet hours, both the Hotel Guests and all the people taking advantage of the Hotel services are obliged to behave in such a way which does not disturb the stay of other visitors.

For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other electric devices which do not belong to the room equipment in the hotel rooms and other areas of the Hotel. However, it does not apply to chargers and power suppliers of RTV and computer devices.
Each time upon leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to check and make sure the door has been locked properly.
Items left behind at the Hotel
