Children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge in a room on a bed with an adult or in a travel cot. Children aged 6 - 13 years - a discount applies. Children aged 14 and over are counted as full paying. The hotel reception may ask for confirm of the child's age.
Pets are welcome. The Hotel accepts well-behaved domestic pets. Guests are kindly asked to inform the Hotel about their pet when making a room reservation. The pet fee is: PLN 100 per stay for dogs weighing up to 10 kg, PLN 150 per stay for dogs weighing over 10 kg. Dogs must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle while on the Hotel premises, and must be under the supervision of their owner or an authorized person at all times. Guests are kindly requested to clean up after their pets throughout the property. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the room or Hotel property.
Free parking for Guests who have made a direct booking - through the Hotel website, by phone or e-mail.
You may cancel your booking free of charge within 7 days before your arrival, provided that your booking was made earlier than 7 days before your arrival at the Hotel. The advance payment will be returned within 14 weekdays of completing the accounting formalities by the Guest, to the bank account or payment card with which the payment was made. Deciding is the date when the legibly signed correction of the invoice arrives at the Hotel. Should you cancel your booking, the advance payment will not be returned if one of the conditions given below occurs: a) you cancel your booking under 7 days before your planned arrival; b) shortening your stay is treated as cancellation after the cancellation date, and therefore, the full payment for the entire stay is due; c) no-show at the Hotel on the day of arrival; d) booking under 7 days before the planned arrival.
